How the rich get Richer and how you can get richer too

In the next couple of paragraphs  and until the end of this series, I will be revealing certain truths that would guarantee that you get richer that you are now. I am giving you full assurance that the information contained in this article will work for you, not just because it is working for me but also because it is already working for countless others. So if you are ready, seat back and get ready to be exposed.

In putting together this write up, I had to carry out some very extensive research and I was able to find out that aside every other thing, the rich get richer by using three very important ingredients. I call these ingredients OPI,OPM, OPT. OPI is short for “other peoples’ idea” and so you can guess the other two- “other peoples’ money ” and  “other peoples’ time”. Now that we have set the ball rounding and we are already in the mid field, let score a goal.

OTHER PEOPLES IDEAS:

The truth about life is that ideas rule the world, Microsoft was first and idea before it became the source of income for the wealthiest man in the world. The idea to begin the social networking site facebook was an idea  but the idea because the source of income on Mark and the others. The point I am trying to hammer here is that the thing that makes you rich and increase your riches is the Ideas that you are willing to implement. I hear people say that they do not have an Idea of what to do but I wonder how this is possible.

Listen, when you feel you don’t have an idea look at other people for ideas, don’t get me wrong I am not trying to Imply that you are not capable of thinking out great ideas but if you are to be very objective even that idea that since like it was entirely your was most likely inspired by an event or occurrence that was not entirely your making, so why the hypocrisy? Now that I have given you some stroking, let me show you 5 ways to get ideas for other people without them even knowing it. If you are ready for this great revelation, then let your eyes more your mind to the next paragraph.

1. Listen to yourself: A lot of times, we find that we are so engaged in activities that we find it very hard to even listen to ourselves. But in solitude you will find altitude. Talk to yourself and ‘borrow brain’ look inward think of all the things that you can do. Take a step further and write  something down.
2. Listen to People: The first step to getting OPI is to listen to people, People will always have something to say, either verbally, in a blog, on an online community in a book and so one.  The catch here is that you must be willing to listen to people be hungry for information. Try to know a little about everything without looking like an information pest, people are generally put off by individuals that come on strong, take it easy and let people talk.
3. Get Help: There are many things we can do if we put our minds to it, but the point here is that life is too short to learn everything by ourselves. Although you know how to design a website, it might not be a bad ideas to seat back and allow another person seat on the front row and do the job. In the process of seating at the back ground you are getting help, if you choose to be smart you would be learning some of what he know. Don’t be afraid  to get help when you need it, only cowards are afraid to get help.
4. Start something: Most of  the inventions came as mistakes  of other inventions, for instance the microwave oven was stumbled upon mistakenly but it has found application in many  homes today. In the process of  doing something, stunting ideas will come your way. Stop seating down start with what you have. It time to move to the next point in this write up- OPM

With only a few exceptions, the males are the real singers. But why? Principally, in the spring, male birds do not fight over the females; they fight over territory. After they have chosen a space, they define its boundaries by singing from various locations within it. They really do not mind if another species of bird passes through or even lives there, but if one of their kind intrudes, they are incensed. A male robin sings loudly and often to deter other male robins from entering its domain. It really does not care if a male sparrow moves into its tree.?  The most experienced males claim the best territory, and each species requires a different amount of real estate to call home. Secondly, a male sings to attract a female, to draw attention to himself. A male Carolina wren sings with gusto. He?€™s confident, even emphatic! ?€?Choose me,?€? he proclaims. ?€?I am the best!?€??  Just like TV?€™s ?€?American Idol,?€? the better the male sings, the more he gets noticed. A female listens to the songs, inspects the various singers?€™ claimed territories, and then decides which would make the best mate. That?€™s why it?€™s important for him to claim the most bountiful, richest homeland he can defend. If the male is having trouble attracting a mate, it may have to sing longer and longer, perhaps all day, even at night. So there you have it, real estate in Knoxville is on the verge. It could go one way or another. But for savvy investors with the right credit, capital and security, plenty of lucrative deals are still available.

I Was Scammed 37 Times, Don’t Get Scammed

….Wouldn’t it be nice to make a bundle of money quickly, with minimal effort, working at home in your pajamas? Of course it would. I for one would love to have money flowing into my bank account, working only a few hours a week from home, so I’d have more time to spend with my kids & my husband.

I began looking for «work at home» opportunities to make money on the internet a little over a year ago when the company I worked as a manager for 8 years went out of business and I lost my job. I had a good secure job, I thought, with a reputable company until one day out of the blue I was told to clean out my desk because the company is shutting down and I am losing my job.

Just like that, my $87,000 a year salary that took me 8 years to get, was gone and I started to panic. I knew I would not be able to find another job that would pay me $87,000/year. So I started to look for ways to make money on the internet instead of looking for another job.

I spent the next 6 months trying almost every work at home business opportunity online and offline and was ready to give up and quit and go try and find a real job.

I was disgusted with 99% of what I found. Many of the owners actually boasted about how many people bought their useless programs. I repeatedly found:

outdated information

non working links

links leading to other sites that asked for more money

no help section

no real email support

no refunds

I was scammed by 37 different «get rich quick schemes» and I lost over $7700 in 6 months. And it seemed everyone of those so called money making programs all said the same thing «they were going to help me make a lot of money without having any experience and costing basically no money » I was desperate at this point and I had to create an income quick, I had no other choice.

Even though I thought most of these programs were probably scams, I tried them anyway. There was this voice inside of me that knew that if just one of these programs worked for me, then that is all it would take.

Out of the 37 programs that I tried, 34 were complete scams that just took my money and were useless. Surprisingly, while sifting through all of the scam artist’s websites, I was able to locate a few individuals that actually ran legitimate programs. Only 3 of the programs that I tried actually worked and made me money and a profit.

Below, I am going to give you an honest review of the 3 programs that did work for me. Now although you might not make as much money as fast as they say you will, you will make money if you follow their steps.

Below is my brutally honest opinion about each program. If you are looking at any other program besides these three you are most likely wasting your time, because I have tried them all and these are the only 3 that work.

Well my search for legitimate Get Rich Quick programs has come to an end. I have to say I was thoroughly disappointed with most of what I found, and I strongly advise that you do not take chances joining any programs OTHER THAN the three listed below!

Increase Income — 7 Quick Tips How to Prioritize and Tame Those Ideas Spinning Around Your Brain

Do you have many ideas spinning around in your brain, and you’re not sure which ones to act on first? This is a common blessing us creative entrepreneurs have; but it can drive use crazy, too, because we know we can’t act on all of our ideas at once.

It’s important we get our arms around ideas that are worthwhile pursuing, mainly, ones that will increase our income, and «tame», or set aside, those that won’t help us reach our goals.

Here’s a quick and simple to do tip that will help you decide which ideas will pay off, and which ideas you should set off to the side (or even discard).

First, grab a stack of paper and a pen, and write down each idea on its own piece of paper at the top.

Next, for each idea, ask yourself these questions:

1. Will this idea add money to my bank account (or add subscribers to my list)?

Write down «yes» or «no» on the paper. For all those ideas that receive a «no» and don’t make the cut, you can either hold onto them and put them in an «idea stack», or discard the papers to clear up your mental space.

2. If your answer is «yes», then ask yourself, «How much money will this add to my bank account, and by what date?»

Write down the dollar amount, and date. Be very specific about these numbers, but realistic, as well.

3. Ask yourself, «If I don’t pursue this idea, what will I lose?»

Write down what the effect on your business would be by not following through on this idea. Many times, if you don’t stand to lose that much, the idea probably isn’t worthwhile pursuing. If its affect is significant, then you might be on to an idea worth pursing!

4. Ask yourself, «If I pursue this idea, what specifically will I gain?»

Be specific about what completing the idea will help you accomplish. Think upstream and determine the domino effect of how this idea will help contribute to the growth of your business, and income. It is important to detail out this step as much as possible, because it will help you rank your ideas, by impact and importance.

5. Sit back and look at your answers.

Rank your ideas by those that will have the biggest potential impact for you and your business.

Some of your ideas may sound like fun, but won’t really help you reach your goal of increasing your income. You can put these ideas back into your idea stack if you’re not ready to release them yet, or you can decide to «cut» them from your idea list, at this time.

6. Choose THE one idea you’re going to act on!

7. Make a project plan.

It’s important to identify all the tasks and little details you need to do to bring your idea to fruition.

Brainstorm and list all the things you need to do, step-by-step, on a piece of paper. Cut apart each numbered task and pin it on a big wall calendar on days you have time available to work on the task.

This is a great visual tool to show you: 1) exactly what needs to be done, and 2) the date it needs to be completed.

By pinning ideas to the calendar, you can easily relocate tasks to a different date, or even delegate them to other people.

By taming and prioritizing your ideas, watch your income steadily increase because of your high-value, focused efforts!

Leadership Is A Daily Conversation

My company is going through amazing changes as we grow, evolve our product mix and enhance service delivery. Although our team knew the changes would happen that doesn’t make the changes any less traumatic because you still have to endure the actual changes. Helping people navigate these changes requires vision, constant course corrections and a steely focus on the objective that made you decide to make the changes in the first place. In short, it requires leadership.

How often does your team require your leadership? In every conversation! Being a leader is more than just deciding a direction to go in, which doesn’t always fall solely on the shoulders of the figure-head leader. Leadership means showing belief, confidence and faith in the decision you’ve just made, especially the big ones. After you ask your team to follow your lead, it will help you be a better leader if you have the expectation that every person on your team, including yourself, will question the changes as they are being made.

“Why are we doing this?” “Where is this all leading to?” “Will this really work?”. These are all questions you will hear in varying forms and in some cases multiple times from the same person. Your job is to remind them of where you’re going, why you’re going there and to demonstrate unwavering confidence that the change will work. The way you answer questions, deal with someone else’s insecurity towards the objective and handle outright rejection of the change is the true measurement of your leadership ability. But all of this comes down to the conversation you’re having and how you have it.

The first step to consistent leadership communication is to lead yourself. Recognize that you too are going through the changes and may be having the same reactions everyone else is – you are human after all. In recognizing your own reactions you can remind yourself of why you’re feeling the stress and the benefits you will soon realize. Once you’ve lead yourself you will have a better gauge as to how you can help others address their own reactions.

The second step to consistent leadership communication is to keep your focus on your goal and not allow yourself to become too distracted by the changes everyone else is also enduring. Naturally your team will not be looking forward – they’ll look back to where they were last comfortable and seemingly everywhere else except where you’re taking them. Now remind them of why you chose to make the changes and the benefits they and everyone will realize as a result. Your communication during these moments should be just as crystalline and targeted on the goal as it was when you took those first steps towards the new goal.

The difference between success and failure is the slight difference between practicing good habits and bad habits. If your conversations lack confidence and faith then your team will doubt their own abilities to reach the goal. Choose to lead in your daily conversations and your team will leverage your strength, confidence and faith to carry themselves forward to success.
